Water Soluble PVA Fiber is produced by using the new spinning technique "solvent wet cooling gel spinning", spinning dope out of mouth spray nozzle, immediately in the solvent of cooling and forming first gelation (curing gelatinize) form the stable structure of removing solvent,. After water soluble, it's tasteless, non-toxic, and colorless, the solution is also transparent and no pollution to the environment.
The PVA water-soluble fiber can be blended with cashmere, wool, cotton, hemp and other natural fibers. The water-soluble fiber proportion in the blend is 20-50%. After textile processing, PVA fiber is dissolved to get high quality textiles. After dissolving, the gap is generated in the fiber, which makes the product light weight, fluffy, soft, elastic and warm. It is mainly used for sweaters, scarves, woolen fabrics, etc.
PVA fiber can also be used for pure spinning, 100% water soluble yarn, it's divided into 20 degrees, 40 degrees, 70 degrees, 90 degrees, according to the different dissolution temperature. The yarn count can be Ne20s, Ne30s, Ne40s Ne60s, etc. It's widely used in towel, woolen fabric, socks, sewing thread, lace, fishing net, embroidery, environmental protection water-soluble composite bag, knitted suede, flax, ramie and other products.
