The LGMP350D intelligent integrated arch anchoring and spraying trolley is an integrated trolley for initial tunnel support operations jointly developed by Lanhai Intelligent Installation and the Sichuan Luqiao Tunnel Branch. The equipment features an engineering chassis, four-wheel drive, four-wheel steering, and front and rear bidirectional driving structures. The upper body features a three-arm full-sliding structure, three grab handles, two hanging baskets, two under-excavation hammers, and two anchor lever arms. The equipment can handle the entire process of initial tunnel support without leaving the site, and the construction processes inside the tunnel can be seamlessly connected, greatly improving construction efficiency, and reducing safety hazards and occupational injuries.
Functional integration: The intelligent integrated arch anchoring and spraying trolley integrates the entire process of the tunnel's initial support, which are: Initial spraying, measuring and setting points, under-excavation operations, arch frame installation, advanced support, system anchor construction, anchor net installation, shotcrete operations, etc.
Equipment digitization(Optional): including cluster management, positioning function, video surveillance, walkie-talkie function, pre/alarm function,data management function, tunnel BIM technology and digital twin, construction report management, tunnel contour scanning, remote control and other functions.
Large amount of shotcrete: Up to 50m³/h, providing high spraying efficiency and will not easily clog up pipes.
Less operating personnel: The entire construction operation can be completed by only 3-4 people, where traditional operations would require 8 or more.
Auxiliary function integration: The equipment comes with a breaker hammer and welding machine, which can perform under-excavation processing and welding operations when the arch is installed.
High efficiency: Three arms and three grippers, along with a multi-degree-of-freedom manipulator are used. The maximum grabbing force of the middle arm is 3 tons, which can meet requirements for prefabricated arch installation, various benching method operations and precise positioning and adjustment of the arch frame. All construction procedures required to complete erection take about an hour.
Installation of prefabricated arch frames: Our company's patented multi-frame prefabricated segmented assembly and multi-frame prefabricated folding arch frame installation techniques are used to produce the arch frames outside the tunnel. This reduces the required working time on dangerous surfaces and construction safety risks, and greatly improves overall efficiency.
