1. This production line is mainly used for cutting, drilling and milling of thermally-broken aluminum door and window profiles and some industrial aluminum profiles. The production line first performs drilling, milling and marking of holes and grooves on the four sides of the profile, and then cuts the profile at ±45° and 90°.
2. This production line can complete the processing of injection holes, pin holes, drainage holes (hidden drainage holes), corner guards, handle holes, lock boxes, door lock body holes, installation holes and other hole positions of system door and window profiles in one loading.
3. 22-axis fast multi-channel multi-axis linkage processing: independent laser drilling and milling cutting unit realizes rear laser drilling and milling marking, independent spindle milling unit realizes front laser marking, and six-station fast drilling and milling electric spindle unit is fully controlled by servo motor to realize four-side processing of profiles, and customized bevel spindle drilling and milling realizes bevel drilling and milling to quickly complete drilling and milling of various holes and grooves.
4. The high-precision spindle motor cutting unit can cut any combination of 40°-140° angles at both ends of the aluminum profiles of doors and windows, with high efficiency, and the tail material is processed at 90 degrees. During the cutting process, the saw blade avoids backsaw to prevent backsaw sweeping, and the front and rear cutting positions can be controlled. Micro-lubrication cooling is adopted.
5. It supports batch processing or mixed processing of various door and window profiles (frames, sashes, muntins, and gauze sashes).
6. The production line supports data docking with the door and window design software to realize intelligent online production.
7. It is equipped with a barcode printer, which can print material identification in real time and automatically stick it to the surface of the profile to realize process information identification, facilitate material management and connection with the enterprise ERP management software.
8.It is equipped with a waste output device to prevent the accumulation of waste materials from causing site pollution and improve the production environment.
