Cold resistant conveyor belts are designed for extremely cold environments with excellent elasticity, impact resistance and cold resistance, and can work normally at temperatures as low as -60°C. They are suitable for material conveying needs in cold storage and high latitude areas.

• Cover layer. The cold resistant conveyor belt's top and bottom layer usually selects a blend of Nature rubber and Butadiene rubber
• Carcass: consists of a of polyester (nylon) fabric, steel cord, Aramid fibers or cotton canvas materials etc. adopting rubber layers with lower temperature resisance, which has the properties of high elasticity, shock resistance, cold resistance, etc. It can work normally under the conditions of -40°C.
• Adhesive layer. Under the action of the adhesive glue, Maintains the adhesive power between all layers of carcass and the cover rubber
