Medical tube feeding rack
Need an operator to place the medical tubes into the tube feeding rack.
Medical tube positioner and fixator
Separated and flip the medical tube one by one to the specified position for further processing.
Medical tube gripper and puller
Grip the tubes and feed them into the tube coiler for winding.
Medical tube coiling device
The coiler winds the tubes for a few rounds, preliminarily shaping them into a specific form, ready to be fed into the molding die.
Medical tube molding die
After the tube coiling process, the tubes enter the molding die to obtain the final shape and profile.
Packaging bag holder
The packaging bag is placed here,will be automatically sucked down,then opened, and conveyed to the mold .
Bag openingand filling device
The bag is opened by the upperand lower suction cups, waiting for the medical tube to be inserted.
Heat sealing
The bag is expanded and transported to the heat sealing station for sealing.
De-air device
Squeeze out the excess air to obtain the finished product.
