1. The main shaft's maximum rotation speed is 2500 rpm.
2. When twisting the wire, the wire tension needs to be continuously increased when the wire is received from the bottom of the bobbin. The machine can automatically track and adjust the take-up tension to ensure the tension of the whole wire is even and uniform, and the machine can adjust the tension without stopping.
3. The main engine is oil-lubricated and naturally circulated and cooled, which effectively extends the service life of the main shaft bearings.
4. The wire-passing system adopts a new structure, and the wire is directly passed from the main shaft guide wheel to the bow band, so the scratching and jumping phenomenon caused by the failure of the corner guide wheel on the aluminum wheel is subtracted.
