Feed pellet machine is also named as pellet feed mill, it belongs to animal feed processing equipment, which can directly extrude corn, soybean meal, rice husk, straw and grass into small pellets.
Our Flat Die Pellet Mills is composed by a pair of roller press, a flat die, feeder and gear bearings equipped with electrical motor or diesel generator. The pellets are formed from powder materials by great pressure created between flat die and rollers.
The flat die pellet mill can process oil cake and other mixed biomass material into granule at one time. The size of pellet ranging from 2~8mm as per the customer requirements for different animals.

GRINDING PLATE CAN BE CUSTOMIZED ACCORDING TO BREEDING
This machine is mainly composed of the body, press roller, ring die, transmission and control parts. Flat die pellet machine adopts belt and worm-and-gear two transmission, steady rotation, low noise, material feeding rely on its own gravity.
We have sizes of pellet dies 2mm, 3mm, 4mm, 6mm and 8mm. Machine is supplied with only one pellet die along with machine.
