Characteristics

1. Using PLC touch screen integrated machine control, the calculation is accurate and fast, and the operation of the filling machine is monitored in real time.

2. Four-station design, there is a buckle device at the positioning, and the self-supporting bag is manually hung on the buckle device. After starting the filling machine, the filling heads can be alternately filled.

3. The filling valve adopts high-efficiency pneumatic valve, which has a good sealing effect and ensures no dripping.

4. The liquid is transported by double pumps, which can be filled at the same time at both ends, or can be filled at one end.

5. The whole machine is made of high-quality 304 stainless steel, with simple structure and convenient operation.

6. Equipped with a semi-automatic hand-held capping machine, which can be capped by a manual hand-held capping machine after manually placing the cap.

7. It can be filled with stand-up pouches below 5 kg.

8. The buckle device needs to be replaced according to the different sizes of the self-supporting bag mouth.

Application

Mainly used for quantitative filling of liquid stand-up pouch packaging of oil, water agent and chemical raw materials, especially suitable for automatic quantitative filling of coatings and oils in chemical industry, and also suitable for automatic quantitative filling of emulsion materials in food and pharmaceutical industries.
