Polyvinyl chloride is a non-crystalline polymer with a glass transition temperature of 105-75 °C in terms of molecular weight.
Compared with other general-purpose plastics, polyvinyl chloride has the characteristics of flame retardancy and self-extinguishing, and has excellent resistance to Chemically corrosive, electrically insulating, chemically stable and thermoplastic, insoluble in water, alcohol, gasoline, swells and dissolves in ethers, ketones and aromatic hydrocarbons. Polyvinyl chloride resin, appearance is white amorphous powder, particle size is 60-250μm, apparent density is 0.40-0.60g/ml, 100ml cyclohexanone contains 0.5g resin in dilute solution viscosity number 80-160ml/g, 100 at room temperature The amount of plasticizer absorbed by gram resin is 20-30g.
