Product Introduction
The Turret Milling Machine, also known as a rocker arm milling machine, boasts a compact structure, small size, and high flexibility. It features a milling head that can rotate 90 degrees and swing 45 degrees front and back. The rocker arm is telescopic and can rotate 360 degrees horizontally, significantly enhancing the effective working range.

Crafted from high-grade cast iron, the body of the universal radial milling machine ensures high precision and longevity after artificial aging treatment. The lifting platform's rectangular guide rails provide multiple contact surfaces and rigidity. With high-frequency treatment and fine grinding, the slide is plastinated, ensuring excellent motion accuracy and durability. The spindle, made of chrome-molybdenum alloy with precision angular contact bearings, undergoes tempering and fine grinding for strong cutting force and high precision.
Use
This versatile, lightweight turret milling machine offers both vertical and horizontal milling. It efficiently mills flats, inclines, grooves, and splines on medium and small parts. It's widely used in machining, mold making, instrumentation, and various other industries.
Constructed from m Mihanna cast iron, the casting exhibits excellent rigidity, stability, and resistance to deformation.
The main shaft, made of chrome-molybdenum alloy, undergoes tempering, heat treatment, and grinding, combined with precision bearings. This ensures strong cutting force and outstanding precision.
The milling head gear box, made of cast iron, offers good rigidity, low deformation, heavier gravity for more accurate cutting, and increased durability of the milling head.
The three-axis screw's screw cap is crafted from advanced phosphorus bronze, ensuring wear resistance and a long service life.
After high wave heat treatment, the XY shaft slide exhibits superior wear resistance, enhancing its service life. The imported wear-resistant plate attached to the XY axis interface ensures ease of operation and durability.
Equipped with a lubrication system for uniform oil point distribution, ensuring smooth slide operation.
The machine is 100 kg heavier than similar products, offering enhanced stability.
