Introducing Our Product
The turret milling machine, also known as the rocker arm milling machine, is a versatile and compact solution for your milling needs. With its small size and high flexibility, the milling head can rotate 90 degrees, and the front-back rotation is 45 degrees. Enhanced by a 360-degree horizontal plane rotation, the telescopic rocker arm significantly expands the effective working range of the machine tool.
Construction Excellence
Crafted from high-grade cast iron, the universal radial milling machine boasts high precision and longevity due to artificial aging treatment. The lifting platform employs rectangular guide rails, offering numerous contact surfaces and robust support. After high-frequency treatment and fine grinding, the slide is plastinated, ensuring excellent motion accuracy and enhanced durability. The spindle, made from chrome-molybdenum alloy with a precision angular contact bearing, is tempered and finely ground for strong cutting force and high precision.

It excels in milling flat, inclined, grooved, and splined surfaces of medium and small parts. The casting is crafted from m Mihanna cast iron, known for its excellent rigidity, stability, and resistance to deformation.
The main spindle utilizes chrome-molybdenum alloy, undergoing tempering, heat treatment, and grinding. Combined with precision bearings, this results in superior cutting force and precision.
The milling head gearbox, made of cast iron, ensures robust rigidity, low deformation, and precise cutting, making the milling head highly durable.
The three-axis screw features an advanced phosphorus bronze screw cap, offering exceptional wear resistance and an extended service life.
The XY axis slide benefits from high wave heat treatment for excellent wear resistance, prolonging its service life. The interface, supplemented with imported wear-resistant plates, ensures ease of operation and durability.
Equipped with a lubrication system that uniformly distributes oil points, guaranteeing smooth and reliable slide movement.
The machine is 100 kg heavier than comparable products, enhancing stability and performance.
