The DT50W-136 is a high-capacity lithium battery testing and grading equipment designed to meet the demands of large-scale lithium battery testing. It is suitable for conducting capacity tests, auto-cycle charge and discharge tests, capacity grading and matching, balance maintenance, as well as internal resistance tests on various types of Lithium Batteries, Ni-MH Batteries, and Ni-Cd Batteries. This device supports parallel testing with a maximum current of 170A. It can accommodate the installation of 18650, 26650, 32650 pouch cells, prismatic cells and more. Widely utilized in battery production facilities, battery recycling plants, research laboratories focusing on batteries development or new energy vehicle batteries testing and maintenance.
The device features a modular design, with the DT50W-136 comprising of eight DT50W-17s and one testing cabinet, resulting in simplified and convenient maintenance. Multiple DT50W-136 units can be combined to form a testing group that caters to mass testing requirements.
