This conical expansion machine is used for used for expanding and shaping the ends of conical pail.
Principle of conical expansion: It is usually composed of a frame, a hydraulic system, a cone expansion mold, etc. When working, pail is placed in the cone expansion mold, and the hydraulic system generates pressure to push the cone expansion component in the cone expansion mold to expand outwards, exerting a uniform radial force on the bottom, causing the barrel wall material to undergo plastic deformation, thereby achieving the purpose of expansion and forming, and making top diameter larger than the bottom end.
