ACME/WF303-L 30kW microwave generator uses continuous wave magnetron to achieve microwave power of 30kW
(microwave frequency 915MHz ± 25MHz), mainly composed of high-frequency power cabinet, microwave head and microwave system

Microwave power regulation is controlled through the touch screen operation interface of the local high-frequency power supply cabinet or the remote communication RS485 mode, which can realize arbitrary adjustment of microwave power in the range of 10% to 100%, narrow spectrum width (about 1.0M), high reliability, safety, high efficiency, high stability, low EMI and other characteristics.
1 Control mode
The diversity of the control modes of the microwave generator can meet the needs of different users. The microwave generator control is divided into two modes to provide customers with choice. For local touch screen and remote RS485 communication, both can control the microwave generator, and reserve an extension port. The control operation function can be added according to the actual use needs of customers for convenience.
2 Anti-ignition ability
The stability of high frequency power supply determines the stability of magnetron working state. Therefore, the requirements for anode high-voltage power supply are high. The mature series-parallel resonance mode is adopted here. It is a constant current source at a fixed input voltage and can work in short circuit. Therefore, it has a strong ability to resist short circuit ignition.
In case of equipment failure, the product repair time is related to the recovery of production line productivity. The internal control functions and power supply of the high-frequency power supply are highly modular, and the replacement is very convenient.
5 Spectrum width
