Application
The series equipment is used for open width knitted fabric mercerizing, bleaching and washing after printing, also suitable for all kinds of fabrics with low tension water use.

Technical features 
1. Washed using large barrel drum rinsing tank, equipped with dynamic filtration tanks and large flow circulating pump, highly effective overflowing baths.
2. Active transport rollers-wide frequency control, low tensions type tension shelf and high-sensitivity pneumatic components, maintaining slight stretch operation reliability.
3. Large rollers, short design, high initiative flat wire roller to effectively address the easy knitted hemming problem.
4. Net crawler loose pile of cloth steam-refined under the dual box for fluid wash washing can also be grouped using dynamic filtration tanks and high flow pump spray.
5. Mercerizing eat alkali by the short roll and effective embossing roller cylinder saturated base to eat alkali, needle plate, and silky gloss and weft density uniformity stability.
6. Roller width: 1800-2800mm.

  A:We use standard package .If you have special package requirements ,we will pack as required ,but the fees will be paid by customers.

  A:Our machining technology includes laser 1 plasma cutting ,automatic welding, CNC cutting and bending.

10.Q:How to install after the equipment arriving destination?
  A:We will provide detailed illustrations to you. If it is necessary, we will send technicians to help you. However, the visa fee ,air tickets ,accommodation, wages will be paid by buyers.
