Q3: What is your payment method?
A3: Our payment method is generally bank transfer, with a 30% deposit in advance and the remaining70% balance required before shipment.
Q4: Do your products leak?
A4: There are many domestic manufacturers who are not professional enough and are not responsible forquality, resulting in water leakage problems in the cabinets, So far, our company has never had anywater leakage problems in overseas orders.
Q5: Do you need a foundation?
A5: lf the land will not settle, there is basically no need to lay a foundation. According to different geologicalconditions, our company will provide guidance and suggestions. lf you purchase a container from us, wewill give you complete foundation drawings and we will also provide installation video instructions.
Q7: How is your container house insulated?
A7: The wall panels are made of 50mm rock wool sandwich panels, which can be upgraded to 75mm or theinsulation layer replaced, making it more suitable for extreme cold and hot weather.
Q8: Can the floor be insulated?
A8: Of course, if the weather in your area is extremely cold, you can tell us in advance and we will provide you with a plan that suits you.

Q1: Will you guide the installation?
A1: Our company provides customers with installation videos, installation instructions and online 24/7 con-sulting services. What is the approximate quantity of your purchase this time? lf the quantity exceeds 300sets, we can assign engineers to the site to guide the installation for free. The customer only needs to beresponsible for the engineer's visa, air tickets, food and accommodation expenses.
Q2: 2. How do you ensure quality?
A2: Every step of our production is inspected by quality inspectors. We will use a marking card to measurethe thickness of the material. We will also check whether the paint surface of the material is intact beforepackaging, and wearing parts and spare parts will be shipped together. Before shipping, we will also takephotos and videos for customer confirmation.
Q3: lf our losses are caused by your fault, will we receive compensation?
A3: Of course, we will compensate for our mistakes, and the compensation plan is also reached through adouble-issue agreement, or compensation will be made in accordance with the requirements of the contract.
