Product Description
The kiln body is made of metal frame and refractory insulation material masonry through strict craftsmanship. The metal frame is an assembled unit structure, welded with high-quality special-shaped square steel pipes and profiles. The exterior of the kiln body is embedded with painted decorative steel plates, and the structure is suitable and elegant. Reserve 20mm expansion joints between each section, fill them with fiber blankets, and connect each section with bolts.
This kiln adopts a lightweight flat ceiling structure. Setting the ceiling height in different sections can not only ensure the safe operation of the products, but also reduce the temperature difference between the upper and lower parts. At the same time, this structure is also convenient for adjusting the atmosphere and temperature control inside the kiln. The kiln ceiling tiles are hung on the steel frame of the kiln body through high aluminum hangers and suspension bolts with heat-resistant steel hooks. Each set of ceiling tiles (2 pieces) is hung separately in a movable form for easy maintenance and replacement of the ceiling. By adopting a unique hanging form and using lightweight materials, the weight of the kiln roof and heat storage and dissipation can be effectively reduced.

Control system
1. Kiln control system is developed independently by us, which is suitable for air/gas ratio control,pulse control and flow control according to different requirements of the production processing.
2. Kiln control system mainly select Siemens PLC module of S7-300 and S7-200 or OMRON PLC module of CJ2M, industrial control computer and touch screen.
3.This system can collect the signals of kiln temperature, the pressure, air flow, etc., then send these information to main control panel or management system to display, record, set and control.
4.Control system can record and mange klin data in Microsoft windows, you can easily inquire historial data for defect analysis.
