There are two main methods for transporting cutter suction dredgers to foreign countries. Small dredgers use container transportation, while medium and large dredgers use bulk transportation.
When the cutter suction dredger arrives at the site, our technicians will also guide the installation on site, help customers complete the installation of the dredger, and teach customers how to use the dredger to ensure its normal use and satisfactory efficiency!
1. We also have supporting facilities for the cutter suction dredger, such as mud discharge pipelines, mud pump accessories, pipeline floats, etc. The accessories on the dredger are all reserved in stock to ensure timely shipment during later use!
2. When customers encounter quality problems during the use of the cutter suction dredger in the later stage, we will first provide video guidance to solve the problem as soon as possible. Then, for major quality issues, we will arrange for technical personnel to go to the site as soon as possible to ensure the customer's normal use of the dredger.
