How to order from HOWE?
1. Begin with an inquiry to receive a professional quotation tailored to your needs.
2. Confirm the price, lead time, artwork, payment terms, and other crucial details to finalize the order specifics.
3. Our Howe sales team will send a Proforma Invoice, complete with the Howe company seal, to formalize the order agreement.
4. Proceed with the deposit payment and send us the bank receipt as confirmation.
5. Initial Production Stage - Upon receiving payment confirmation, we will create samples according to your specifications. Approval of these samples will lead to the scheduling of full production, with an estimated timeline provided.
6. Middle Production - Receive progress updates with photos of the production line, allowing you to witness your products taking shape. Reconfirmation of the estimated delivery time will also occur.
7. End Production - We will send photos and samples of the mass-produced items for your approval. You also have the option to arrange for third-party inspection to ensure quality compliance.
8. Once the balance payment is made, we will ship your cargo. Flexible payment terms such as Balance against TT, Paypal, or D/P are available to suit your convenience.
9. Your order is considered complete when you receive the goods and are fully satisfied with them, marking the successful conclusion of the process.

Mould payment terms:40%-30%-30%.The first payment is when you sign the order, you should pay us 40% of the total value; the second payment is when you receive our sample product, you should pay us 30% of the total value; the last payment is when we deliver the mold for you, you should pay off the balance payment,30% of the total value.
3. How about your plastic part payment terms?
Part payment terms:50%-50%.The first payment is when you sign the order, you should pay us 50% of the total value to purchase the material; The last payment is when we deliver the part for you, you should pay off the balance payment,50% of the total value.
4 What's your lead time?
For most mould, 15-45 working days ( not including Chinese official holidays ) after deposit received and mould drawings approved.
