Package and Shipping:
1> For molds export,we use strong polymerized wood board to make standard export box to project the molds.Before put in box,we wrapped the molds with plastic film to protect it from moisture on sea with rustproof paint inside the molds.
2> For plastic products need to sea shipping,we use more than three assistants to products them.First the strong box,second the pallet ,third the protective plastic film with wrap ties to make sure it stay stable and safe during shipping and delivery.
3> Unless specially asked for:
We choose DHL, Fedex for small package. (3-7 days)
We choose cheap shipping way by sea for large mold. (10-40 days)
UPS, TNT and Air Lift for big package. (7-11 day)
Personal offical express account and forwarder are all good.
For cheap shipping way and within 2kg, E-Post (7 days) and China Post Air Mail (30 days) are available.
4> Usually non-custom process goods can be delivered in 3-5 days; custom process goods can be delivered in 7-30 days. Please consult for professional advise.

♦We will make the operation instruction once the sample is approved.
♦We inspect almost every mass production step from raw material arrival inspection, die casting parts production process control, to moulds already assembled checking and testing, final production package inspection, etc.
♦Our salesman will also spot check these steps to ensure mass production quality.
Q2. How long should we take for a quotation?
After receiving detailed information(your 2D/3D drawings or samples), we will quote you within 2 days.
Q3. What is your quotation element?
Drawings or Sample, Material, Finish, and Quantity.
Q4. What is your payment term?
Mold: T/T, 40% deposit to place an order, 30% payment on first samples, 30% payment on sample approval or before shipment.
Goods: 50% prepaid, balance T/T before shipment.
