Channel steel is a channel steel made of rolled steel plate, extruded and welded by automatic double-wire double-sided process. The main production process is as follows:
(1) Raw materials include strip coils, welding wire and flux. It must pass strict physical and chemical tests before production.
(2) Single-wire or double-wire submerged arc welding is used for head-to-tail butt joint of strip steel, and automatic submerged arc welding is adopted after steel pipe rolling.
(3) Before forming, the strip steel is leveled, cut, planed, surface cleaned, transported, and pre-bent.
(4) Use a voltmeter to control the pressure of the oil cylinders on both sides of the conveyor belt to ensure the smooth transportation of the strip.
(5) Use external control or internal control rolling forming.
(6) The gap control device is adopted to ensure that the gap meets the welding requirements, and the pipe diameter, offset and gap are strictly controlled.
(7) Single-wire or double-wire submerged arc welding is used for internal and external welding to obtain stable welding specifications.
What is the production process and storage skills of channel steel?
(8) All welds are tested by online continuous ultrasonic automatic flaw detector to ensure 100% coverage of channel steel non-destructive testing. If there is a defect, it will automatically alarm and spray the label, and the production workers can adjust the process parameters at any time to eliminate it in time.
(9) Channel steel is cut into single pieces by air plasma cutting machine.
(10) After each batch of channel steel is cut into single channel steel, an inspection system is strictly implemented to check its mechanical properties, chemical composition and fusion conditions. Before the steel pipe is put into production, surface quality inspection and non-destructive inspection should be carried out to ensure that the steel pipe manufacturing process is qualified.
(11) After manual ultrasonic and X-ray re-examination, non-destructive testing shall be carried out on the parts with continuous acoustic testing marks on the weld until it is confirmed that the defects have been eliminated.
(12) The butt welds of strip steel and the pipes intersected by T-joints and channel steel welds shall be inspected by X-ray television or film.
(13) Each channel steel is subjected to a hydrostatic test, and the pressure is radially sealed. The steel pipe hydraulic microcomputer test device strictly controls the test pressure and time. Automatically print and record test parameters.
