Product Description
This equipment is a fully automatic controlled tunnel kiln consisting of 96kiln cars and 37standard sections. It is a new type of energy-saving and environmentally friendly kiln designed by our company based on real-time integration of the latest technology. The design is cumbersome, the use is simple, and it has the characteristics of independent innovation. The kiln layout is reasonable and reliable, the automation control is superior, the accuracy is accurate, the labor intensity is low, the shape is unique and generous, and the product quality is stable.
Main Features
-The kiln body adopts low heat storage materials, and the double sealing structure adopts a mixed structure of hard bricks and lightweight refractory bricks.
-The kiln car is light and sturdy, with interlocking and sealing between the kiln cars, and a curved sealing structure is used between the kiln wall and the kiln car.
-Adopting a multi-point staggered distribution method with medium pressure and high-speed burners is beneficial for controlling temperature differences and facilitating the conversion between slow and fast firing.
-Adopting proportional combustion method and fully automatic temperature control.
-Design different power burners according to the process.
-The burner and auxiliary air adopt proportional control to more accurately adjust the required atmosphere of the kiln.
-The main road of the gas center is connected to the bypass, ensuring that it can be freely switched in case of individual equipment damage, ensuring the safe operation of the kiln.
-Make full use of the flue gas and hot air extraction system, reserve a heat utilization interface in the chimney, and provide a heat source for the drying kiln.
-Advanced computer+PLC on-site centralized control, making furnace operation simple and intuitive.
-All fans are equipped with frequency converters, which saves electricity and reduces noise pollution.
-The pusher is equipped with a slow push and fast retreat mechanism, hydraulic oil does not generate heat, and is equipped with a livestock energy device.
