1. Where is your company located?
Our company is located in Jinan city, Shandong province, which is a major agricultural province in China.
2. What are your payment terms?
We accept 30% T/T in advance, with the balance against the copy of B/L within 5 days. We also accept 30% T/T in advance, with the balance being L/C or D/P at sight. Additionally, we accept Western Union, MoneyGram, etc.
3. What is your delivery time?
After receiving the deposit, we can deliver the goods within 7-10 days.
4. How about your after-sales service?
We have established a quality trace system. When you receive the cargo, please take pictures and videos. If there are any quality problems, we will investigate the matter and provide support to our clients.
5. What is the MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?
The MOQ for fresh or frozen items is 10-14 MTS/20'FCL and 24-28 MTS/40'FCL.
6. Can we assort different products in one container?
For fresh or frozen items, it is possible to mix different products in one container as long as the temperature is the same. For dry items, we can also mix many kinds of products in one container.
