Product details
1.Standard round bar has a length of 25 mm(1 inch) diameter. As required, it can reach the
maximum length of 2500mm. Magnetic tube or other different shape and dimension are also
available.
2.304 or 316L stainless steel are available for pipeline material which can be fine
polished and meet the standard of food or pharmacy industry.
3.Standard working temperature≤80ºC, and maximum working temperature can reach 350ºC as
required.
4.Various kinds of ends like nail head, thread hole, double screw bolt are also available.
5.Different kinds of magnet like ferrum magnet or other rare earth magnets are available
to meet every customer's requirement. The maximum magnetic strength of 25mm (1 inch)
diameter can reach 14,000GS.

1. Can I get samples from Seen magnet?

2.How can I order magnet from Seen magnet?
Just let us know the size, grade, quantity, surface coating and size tolerance you want.
Then we will provide our best price for your reference.
For example you can send us enquiry like" D25*5 N35 50000pcs Ni-cu-ni +/-0.05″
For your reference our general size tolerance is +/- 0.05, It can be adjusted according to your requirements.
3.What are the surface coatings for neodymium magnets?
For neodymium magnets, they are often need to be coated with Zn, Ni, NiCuNi,Black Epoxy or White Epoxy and other coatings to protect their surfaces from corrosion and oxidization. But for AlNiCo, SmCo or Ferrite magnets, they commonly do no need to be coated due to their own remarkable resistance against corrosion and oxidization.
4.Can I get dimension inspection report and BH curve of the magnets?
We can provide inspection report and demagnetization curve (BH curve) to our customers after production.
5.How to measure the strength of the magnets?
Normally Using a Gauss meter is a easy way to measure the magnetic field density at the surface of the magnet.
This is referred to as the surface field and is measured in Gauss (or Tesla).
Seen Magnet can also provide Gauss meters if you need.
6.What's the shipping method for magnets?
We have different trade terms and shipping method as per different gross weight of the magnets and customer's requirements. For light weight (0-50kgs), we often ship by express. For a relatively heavy weight (50-100kgs), air shipment is preferred.
For a heavy weight (above 100kgs), sea shipment is suitable due to its low cost.
But if you have particular requirements,we will operate it according to your needs.
7.Which payment term do you accept?
For small amount,(for example Sample fee) We accept Paypal and Western Union.
For larger amount transfer(T/T) is the best way.
8.What's your delivery port in China?
Generally, our delivery port of air cargo is Hong Kong or Beijing or others, the delivery port of sea shipment is Weihai or Ningbo port. But these all can be adjusted if you have particular requirement on the delivery port.
9.How do you pack the magnets to ensure shipments safely?
We use carton and steel partition to pack the goods and ensure that every box is firm, secure and non-magnetic in accordance with national and international transportation regulations.
