AHD : Front/back, left/right and up/down axes are automatically operated, up/down feed can be preset with feed volume and feed times, and the machine stops automatically when the work is finished.
Highly rigid casting body
The casting body is calculated by engineering simulation analysis (Cosmos), and the column and headstock adopt double-layer design, with high bending and torsion rigidity.
Fully-supported table hard-rail structure
The table adopts a fully-supported hard-rail structure with Turcite-B and manual scraping to ensure that the table is loaded efficiently. The minimized damping coefficient ensures smooth table operation and precision in grinding.
Independent hydraulic system
The table, driven by a hydraulic cylinder with an independent hydraulic system, offers adjustable speeds from 5-25m/min and low vibration characteristics. This design is suitable for diverse processing needs, utilizing high-quality oil seals made in Japan to ensure smooth sliding and long service life.
High precision flange spindle
Each spindle is meticulously developed and produced in our factory in Jiande, Taiwan. From initial raw material processing to assembly (apart from imported bearings), all steps occur in a temperature-controlled and dust-free environment without outsourcing. Such stringent conditions ensure minimal temperature impact, low noise, and vibration-free operation, promising years of trouble-free service. The machine features a flange spindle design with CP4 grade precision angled ball bearings, V3 grade low vibration motors, and dynamic balancing, mounted on the headstock to ensure spindle deflection remains significantly under 0.002mm.
A utomatic Lubrication System
Our advanced circulating center lubrication device ensures superior lubrication for all transmission screws and sliding surfaces. Additionally, it recycles and filters waste oil for recirculation, making it both environmentally friendly and cost-effective. With a self-checking function, the system issues an alarm when the oil level drops to a predetermined level.
Electrical control system
Our professionally designed electrical control system meets CE safety requirements and incorporates international brand electrical components to ensure reliable, low-noise, and low-vibration operation, meeting the demands of high-precision grinding.
Graphic Operator Panel
The fixed-design operation panel box centralizes all controls, enhancing ergonomics. The graphical design of the panel ensures clear functionality and ease of use, making operations intuitive.
Splash-proof wall panel (optional accessory)
An optional splash-proof wall panel can be installed at the rear of the machine to effectively block the splashing of grinding water and iron chips. This maintains machine cleanliness and prevents abrasive material from entering the slide rail, ensuring machine longevity and precision.
