Wine storage tank / fermentation tank is made of stainless steel 304 or stainless steel 316, vertical and single wall structure, with sealed top and dish end or conical bottom according to your wine production request.
Sometimes wine storage tank can be insulated and jacketed type. Insulated wine storage tank can be used to the storage and fermentation of bright beer, red wine and cider. Jacketed type storage tank can be used to the cooling and heating process of wine production. Most widely used jacket are spiral coil and U-tube. For beer storage and fermentation, dimple jacket are also widely used.
The Maturation Tank & Bright Beer Tank (vertical construction, non- insulation, cooled by cold air) with usable volume 500 liters ~ 8000 Liters for maturation, tapping, carbonation of beer, cider, wine and other beverages, and also for production of beverages before their bottling or filling into kegs in several variations, made of stainless food steel DIN 1.4301 (AISI 304). This tank must be placed inside an air-cooled room (cold box).
