Characters:
* The basic parts of machine are made of high quality and high strength cast iron, with gantry type frame structure, the whole machine has good rigidity, seismic resistance and precision maintenance.
*Heavy-duty linear guide ways on X, Y, Six-sided contact box guide way on Z axis.
*Fixed beam structure, cross beam guide is the combination of vertical orthogonal Linear guide and sliding hard rail, with good rigidity.
*Heavy load linear guide ways on X,Y with large bearing capacity and high precision. Z axis is six-sided hard rail structure to ensure the rigidity of Z feed and the retention of high precision feed.
*Balanced cylinders on both sides of the ram, Z-axis fast response speed.
*Taiwan high speed spindle unit (6000rpm) speed can be 3000, 4000, 6000rpm.
*Suitable for large workpiece's precision machining of aerospace, automotive, textile machinery, molds, packaging machiney, mining equipment etc. It can automatically complete multi-process complex processing of milling, drilling, boring, tapping etc.
