Product Applications

3. Cooling System. Suitable for environments of 40°C-50°C radiator water tank, belt driven cooling fan with safety cover.
4. Control System. DELIXI or CHINT brand power generation output air switch, standard control panel with SmartGen brand AMF controller module for automatic start and stop, supports eight languages worldwide, 12/24V DC electric start system with battery charger.
5. Base Frame. Heavy duty steel base frame ensures that strong and durable, with coat painting to prevent corrosion.
6. Filtration System. Dry air filter, fuel filter, lubricating oil filter.
7. Short Circuit Protection. Moulded case circuit breaker.

The advanced waterproof and dustproof design adopts a labyrinth type air duct structure and a dustproof net design, while adding sealing strips and applying sealant to balance the different needs of ventilation and waterproof and dustproof. Meanwhile, it has been repeatedly tested in rain and dustproof tests, the highest can reach the protection level IP54.
High quality steel is used for the cabinet and surface spray treatment, corrosion resistance, scratch resistance, rust resistance, it can meet the C4, 05-1 and C5M class anticorrosion requirements according to different use environments, the surface treatment process of the diesel genset has passed the 1500 hours salt spray test.
Radiator and high voltage parts are isolated and protected to avoid accidents caused by touching, there are emergency stop buttons inside and outside of the cabinet for convenience and safety, and the negative battery switch on and off DC control power supply, and it has a lockable fuel cover.
Through the three dimensional construction analysis simulation software on the generator set load bearing and vibration calculations and long time running tests, effectively reduce the genset running vibration, to ensure stable and reliable working.
The fully enclosed noise reduction system, advanced product design and manufacturing process to ensure better stability of the engine, thereby getting the lower body noise and exhaust noise, in addition to use of sealing rubber around the door, the concept of noise reduction is also fully integrated into the entire intake and exhaust system and all other components.

1.How is your Package?
Plastic (free of charge) or wooden case with steel plate ( charge will be decided according to the outer silent diesel generator canopy size )
2.How is your Payment?
By 30% T/T as deposit, 70% balance should be paid 10 days before shipment or100% L/C at sight.
3.How is your Delivery?
About 7-15 days after we get the deposite.
4.How is your Warranty?
The goods manufactured by GERALLY Generator CO.,Ltd are under warranty within1 year from the date of delivery.lf the damageable spare parts of genset are caused by incorrect man-made operation and beyond the defects liability period, we will not assume the warranty responsibility.
5.Do you arrange shipment for the products?
For FOB or CIF price, we will arrange shipment for you. For EXW price, clients need to arrange shipment by themselves or their agents. The cheapest way is by sea but takes a long time, you can use your shipping forward agent to pick up the products from our factory, or we can deliver the products to the port. We shall not be responsible for any import taxes, clearance cost, port charges, etc.
6: How about guarantee and after-sales service?
The products guarantee is 12 months or 1000 working hours warranty for all our products.
