1. Completely sealed condition, the materials are mixed or plasticated under certain pressure, controllable temperature, has high production efficiency and obtain excellentstable quality.
2. Grinding spiral Angle and the length of the rotor blade is reasonable design, cause the material to bedispersed consistent.
3. Surface contact with material are platedwith hard chrome and polishing, this is corrosion - resistantand wear-resisting.
4. Jacket part adopted in the construction of limited materials to achieve the fine surface or steamheating water cooling effect and adapt to the needs of the plastics and rubberprocessing technology.
5. Feed from the back door frame (or a separate top door) to facilitate continuous process operation in the industrial production line. Mixing chamber can turn to the front of the 140, put forward the rotor discharge and easy changingpigments and cleaning room.
6. Programmable logic controller (PLC) is adopted electric vehicle control system, with reliable andalarm functions and safety interlock protection and control functions it provides serial interface of the net.
