Main features
1. By improving the design of blade inclination angle, front and rear disk suction and exhaust port size, radial clearance between impeller and pump body, i.e. radial ratio, the air volume is increased by 5% compared with the same model in the market.
2. The bearings are imported to ensure the precise positioning of the impeller and high stability during operation.
3. The key parts such as pump cover are processed by machining center and other high-precision numerical control equipments, which makes the product stable in performance and reliable in operation.
4. All the impeller materials are made of ball-mill cast iron or welded steel plate, which fully guarantee the stability of the vacuum pump impeller under all kinds of bad working conditions and greatly improve the service life of the vacuum pump.
5. The shaft sleeve of the vacuum pump is made of wear-resistant stainless steel, which greatly improves the service life of the vacuum pump compared with ordinary materials.
6. The belt pulley (belt drive) adopts standard high-precision taper sleeve belt pulley, which is reliable in operation, and adopts imported belt, which has a long service life and is easy to dismantle.
7. The coupling (direct drive) adopts standard high-precision elastic coupling, and the elastic element is made of rubber, which is stable and reliable and has a long service life.
8. The seal adopts packing seal or mechanical seal, which can meet the requirements of different working conditions.
9. The unique top-mounted separator of water ring pump saves space and effectively reduces noise.
10.LRC type water ring vacuum pump has large inspection ports on both sides, through which you can check the clearance, corrosion and scale accumulation.
