This equipment is a gas intermittent kiln composed of a kiln car and a kiln body, with a prefabricated module structure of one kiln door and an automatic kiln car moving system. It is designed as a glass ceramic sanitary ware with three or two layers of loading and a maximum firing temperature of 1260 degrees. The kiln roof is a hollow board made of cordierite and mullite, with a fully automatic kiln car operation system and control system. The steel structure, refractory materials, and pipelines of the kiln body are not made or masonry on site, but are installed on site. The installation concept of modern design and construction provides convenient operation while bringing higher benefits to customers.
The design concept of this kiln is to provide a modern structure with low energy consumption, easy operation, and the following characteristics:


Main Features:
-The kiln body adopts low thermal storage materials, and the double sealing structure adopts a mixed structure of hard bricks and lightweight refractory bricks.
-The kiln car is lightweight and sturdy, with interlocking seals between the kiln cars, and a labyrinth structure between the kiln walls and the kiln cars.
-Adopting a multi-point staggered distribution of high-speed burners is beneficial for controlling temperature differences and facilitating the transition between first firing and re-firing.
-Adopting air-fuel ratio combustion method, fully automatic single point pulse, and large and small fire control. Better achieve temperature and temperature regulation, save energy consumption, and control the firing atmosphere inside the kiln.
-Advanced computer+PLC on-site centralized control makes kiln operation simple and intuitive.
-One click start function, intelligent operation, and abnormal situation alarm.
-Set up 10 temperature and pressure curves, automatically switch between them, and store the collected furnace temperature, pressure, and other data for six months.
-All fans are equipped with frequency converters to save energy and reduce noise pollution.
