Heavy Oil Burner
 

Heavy oil burner is a combustion device specially designed to improve the combustion performance of heavy oil with high viscosity and poor atomization performance.

The heavy oil burner adopts advanced two-fluid air atomization technology, mixing and spraying low-pressure air and low-pressure fuel oil through the atomization nozzle to achieve the best atomization effect, together with the servo-motor-controlled air intake system to achieve the best combustion efficiency. The machine can realize multi-stage fire control combustion through servo motor with programmable controller and multi-way oil supply solenoid valve to meet the demand of different working conditions. The machine is also equipped with liquefied petroleum gas and diesel fuel ignition system to ensure 100% ignition success. It is also equipped with fuel preheating system to preheat the fuel in advance to ensure that the fuel can be fully combusted.
