BNBP series biomass burner basic structure:
1, the equipment consists of control system, automatic feeding system, semi-gasification system, automatic air supply system, pneumatic and ignition system and other components.
2, the control system controls the combustion equipment fan, feeding motor, while accepting the boiler oven and other equipment pressure, water level, temperature signals and control signals.
3,Feeding system adopts self-developed compass feeding technology to avoid tempering phenomenon completely.
4,Semi-gasification system makes the molded biofuel ripen and crack and react quickly.
5,The air supply system provides oxygen for the reaction of fuel and sends the flame generated by the semi-gasification system into the combustion chamber of the stove and provides the oxygen needed for combustion.
6,This machine system adopts PLC programmable control to realize automatic adjustment with boiler and oven without flame failure, and can adjust the size of heat power.
