Forging Hydraulic Press Introduction
Forging hydraulic press (four-column hydraulic press, frame hydraulic press) is specially used for rapid hot pressing and cold extrusion of forged parts. It has the characteristics of high precision, good strength, fast speed, high efficiency and energy saving. The hydraulic system can add an accumulator group to enable the main cylinder to quickly press and form, achieving better forging performance. There are two structures: four-column type and frame rail type. It is mainly used for cold and hot forging of metal materials, and can also be used for stretching, bending, correction, flanging, punching and pressing of powder products.

Forging Hydraulic Press Features
This series of hydraulic presses has independent electrical and hydraulic power systems. The hydraulic system can add an accumulator fast system, and the working pressing speed can reach 200mm/s, realizing the rapid forging and forming of products. It adopts advanced servo control system and integrated two-way cartridge valve integrated control, with large flow, reliable action, long service life, safe, stable and energy-saving. The electronic control system adopts servo intelligent computer control, the parameter action is adjustable by numerical control, and the working data is tracked by computer throughout the process. It can realize three operation modes of adjustment, manual and semi-automatic, and two forming processes of fixed pressure and fixed stroke. It has the function of holding pressure and delay, and the delay time is adjustable. The working pressure and forming can be adjusted within the specified range. The machine structure is designed according to the customer's product and mold size, and the workbench size and guide stroke are adjusted, which is designed for flexible use.
