A: Our aromatherapy diffuser is powered by USB. Use a 5V2A adapter with the power cord we provide.
Please note: Be sure to use an adapter with a power of 5V2A or above, otherwise the product may not work well or may not work properly. In rare cases, it may even damage the product.

A: Open the lid and use a measuring cup to slowly add water from the right side of the water tank. Pay attention to the highest water level line, which should not exceed the MAX mark.
Do not hold the product against the faucet to add water. The product is not sealed, and water will splash into the internal electronic components of the product, causing leakage and damage to the circuit board, making it unable to work properly. The after-sales caused by this problem is not covered by the normal warranty.
