Its main features include:computermicro-processingsystem,accurate printing color setting accuracy,electricprinting head andpneumaticturntable lifting system, simple and fast netframeloading andunloading, independentscraping and printing ink recovery speedcanbe adjustedfreely, the machineframe can install flocking printing headandvivid touchscreen operationinterface.The YH series is available in4,6,8,10,12and 14colors, with a maximumprinting area of 500 x 700 mm. 2. Automatic screen positioning system with precision turnables, placidly&steady running, excellent localizer.
3. Every squeegee and flood blade can be operated seperately by independent choper, speed adjusted by frequency, slight air Pressure.
4. Imported servo motor drive system makes its running smooth, precise and quick rotation.
5. Center computer controller system with multiple and interchange languages.
6. Three curing zones in each flash cure unit can be setted independently.
7. The flash cure unit can be installed in the print frame if necessary.
8. Double-station indexing capability increases production output.
9. Pnumatic and tool-free pallet locator speeds up pallet changover(Optional).
10. High-density printing effect capability(Optional).
11. Bounce switch is for skip over empty pallet or badness print to less waste.
