Packaging Process Description
1. The pallet is transported to the [1# loading conveyor] station through a forklift, and the stacking work is automatically completed. After the pallet stacking work is completed;
2. After completing the stacking work of pallets, the pallets are automatically transported to the [2# top paper corner dispenser +strapping machine] station, and the top corner and strapping work is automatically completed;
3. After the top strapping is completed, the pallet is automatically transported to the [3# top-beating arrow packing machine] station to automatically complete the strapping work of two straps on one side of the pallet;
4. After the strapping is completed, the pallet is automatically transported to the [5# pallet online winding machine + vertical corner protector] station. Two vertical corner guards are placed and fixed at a time and the turntable is rotated. Finally, four vertical corner guards are automatically completed. Automatic placement and four-sided wrapping film packaging work;
5. After the pallet packaging is completed, it is automatically transported to the [6# descending conveyor] station, and then the pallet is sent to the buffer area by a forklift;
