The surface of the three-dimensional welding platform is rectangular, square or circular, and the shape on the working surface can be V-shaped, T-shaped, U-shaped slots and holes, long holes and other complex shapes of workpieces.
The platform is divided into two types: two-dimensional welding platform and three-dimensional welding platform.
The three-dimensional flexible welding platform is a three-dimensional plane hole system clamping system, which has two series of D28 and D16.
What is the difference between the flexible welding platform and the ordinary welding platform?

2. The 16mm 28mm welding table has been upgraded in terms of material, processing technology and accessories on the basis of the original platform.
Ordinary welding platforms use HT200 gray castings, while flexible 3D welding platforms use HT250 castings or Q345 steel, which improves the quality a lot.
The ordinary welding platform working surface is flat or slotted on the shape, and the flexible three-dimensional welding platform is covered with holes to facilitate the clamping of the tooling.
During processing, the ordinary welding platform adopts manual scraping or planer fine planing, while the flexible three-dimensional welding platform adopts CNC machining.
3. Ordinary flat welding platforms need to be welded with hands all the time, which is labor-intensive and the welding accuracy is not guaranteed.
Although the welding platform with T-slots can be fixed with a pressure plate, the positioning accuracy is not guaranteed. In addition, different weldments require different tooling, which is cumbersome to use.
These problems can be avoided by using a flexible three-dimensional welding platform. When using a flexible three-dimensional welding platform, it is equipped with a matching standard fixture for clamping, and the welding is performed directly.
The positioning is accurate and the labor intensity of the workers is reduced.
When welding different workpieces, it is only necessary to change the position of the fixture.

What is the difference between 16 series and 28 series of three-dimensional flexible fixtures?
The main reason is that the aperture of the working platform is different, the 16 series is 16mm, and the 28 series is a straight hole of 28mm.
The 16 series is mainly used in the welding and assembly of smaller workpieces; the 28 series is mainly used in the welding and assembly of larger workpieces.
