MKF2115 is a three-axis CNC multi-functional compound grinder, consisting of three axial components. The X-axis serves as the feed system, while both Z1 and Z2 axes are reciprocating systems, making it a three-axis, two-linkage CNC compound grinder. With a single setup, this machine tool can grind the inner and outer circles, inner conical holes, stepped holes, inner and outer end faces of workpieces. The grinding cycle is fully automated, including automatic feeding, automatic wheel dressing, automatic compensation, automatic fine grinding, coarse grinding, and automatic tool retract.

1. Accuracy acceptance: The roundness, cylindricity, and surface roughness of the inner hole shall be inspected in accordance with the technical agreement.
2. The acceptance inspection will be conducted in two steps. In the first step, the Party A team will conduct an on-site inspection of the equipment at the Party B's site, in accordance with the standards stipulated in the technical agreement. In the second step, a spot check will be conducted on the processing accuracy of the equipment. After a continuous idle running for 2 hours, the grinding test piece will be performed. If it meets the requirements stipulated in the technical agreement and drawings, it will be deemed as qualified.
3. During the acceptance period of the equipment, Party B shall provide free training to Party A's operating personnel and maintenance personnel.
4. Machine tool warranty
Upon acceptance of the machine tool, Party B shall provide a one-year warranty service for the quality of the main machine. After the warranty period, Party B will still provide high-quality services.
