Description:
Our KM-GB series is the precision gauge block mainly used to measure the size of parts. It can also be used to verify
the indication error of measuring instruments, to measure the size of workpieces by comparison method as a standard part,
and to be used for precision marking in the adjustment of precision machine tools and machining.
Our gauge blocks are divided into different grades according to the accuracy level, such as grade 0, grade 1, grade 2 and so on.
Since the gauge blocks are available in different nominal lengths and accuracy classes, they can be easily combined into a variety
of sizes to meet different measurement needs.
Our gauge blocks surface has been specially treated, which is not easy to rust and deform, and the maintenance is simple
and convenient. Our gauge blocks are usually made of wear-resistant special alloy steel, which has a small linear expansion
coefficient and excellent wear resistance. This allows the gauge to change its dimensions with minimal long-term use,
ensuring its long-term stability and reliability.

1. The surface of the gauge block should be kept dry and clean, and avoid the adhesion of dust, grease
and other substances, so as not to affect the accuracy of measurement.
2. When placing the object, make sure that the contact surface of the object and the gauge block fits perfectly to avoid
voids or loosening, otherwise it will lead to deviation of the measurement results.
3. When reading the value on the gauge block, you should observe carefully and make sure that the line of sight
is perpendicular to the value to avoid reading errors due to viewing angle problems.
4. When using gauge block, should not use too much force or scratch the surface of the measuring block,
so as to prevent damage to the measuring block and cause measurement error.
5. The gauge block should be placed in a dry and ventilated place.
