sand dredge slurry pump adopt double-pump case structure and is extensively used to extract medium particles such as mud, fine sand, tailing slag then carry them out to long distance destination.OCEAN pump DS series sand dredge slurry pump is suitable for mud conveying, sewage treatment, marine suction, sand extraction, land reclamation and dock construction, etc. The type of sand dredging pump can also be used in power plant, metallurgical transportation tailings, river dredging and other dredging industries. Our sand dredge slurry pump have been widely used in various conditions such as dredging and embankment in the Yellow River Basin, dredging in the Yangtze River Basin, land reclamation along the coast and sludge treatment.
Our US customer contacted us about their problems of sand dredging pump in April 2019. They are using a cutter suction dredger to get sand from lake and need a long distance transportation. But the current sand dredging pump equipped in the dredger is not enough to meet the transport requirements. So, they need to add a powerful high head sand dredge slurry pump .
Their transport requirements are as following:
- The high head sand dredge slurry pump must relay out the solid of 250m³/h from first-level sand dredging up.
- The high head sand dredge slurry pump inlet: 350mm, outlet: 300mm.
- The distance of transport is up to 1600m.
- Wear-resistant, easy-to-use.
After calculation, we proposed DS300-70 type sand dredging pump unit for customer. And supportin marine diesel engine and marine gear box of 600 type. This type of high head sand dredge slurry pump are equipped with five blades impeller, with advantage of high efficiency and low failure rate. The sand dredge slurry pump component in contact with the medium is made of high chromium alloy material. And the sand dredge slurry pump uses double shell structure which features stable, safe, high head discharge distance and very wear resistant. This sand dredge slurry pump are very suitable for customer's condition.

After communication, our customer agreed with the selection and matching of this sand dredge slurry pump , and placed orders in September 2019. Our factory arranged production and procurement actively, and prepared the goods within 20 working days for engine long delivery time.
At last, our customer arranged their representative come to test the sand dredge slurry pump unit. The detection contents are as follows :
- Shape size of the sand dredge slurry pump , flow compoments matetial, the actual efficiency of the system, smooth operation, performance curve.
- EPAE mission Certificate of diesel engine.
- Containerized monitor, the high head sand dredging pump needs to be firmly fixed to ensure that the long-term sea cargo without damage.
