BGB-5F Coating Machine with Interchangeable Coating-pan(Drum)
1.1 Usage:
BGB-5F high-efficiency sugarcoating and filmcoating machine is a special equipment used for coating sugar, water soluble film or organic film on traditional Chinese and Western tablets, pills and candies. This equipment is manufactured according to the requirement of GMP of pharmaceutical industry. Its whole housing box, filmcoating drum (filmcoating pan), air heater, spray unit and all the parts directly contacting medicines are made of stainless steel. The whole process is controlled by microprocessor-based programmable control system, and also can be controlled manually. The control system is provided with functions such as multiple selections of application program and operation mode, closed-loop control of speed and temperature, open-loop control of negative pressure and supplied quantity of hot air in the filmcoating pan, complete displays of control parameters, and recording and printing of working state. All the filmcoating operation is carried out in a tightly closed state, free from dust emission and liquid splash, so this machine is a new-type filmcoating equipment which features superior quality, high efficiency and reliability, cleanness, energy saving and easy operation.
1.2 Features:
Having designed the display and control of negative pressure in the filmcoating pan
A negative pressure detecting point is added in the upper box of filmcoating machine, and a 2300-3kPa differential pressure gage produced by DWYER CO. of USA is installed on the operating cabinet. The operator can operate the touch screen according to the technological specifications (such as the negative pressure value is 10Pa), control the speed of exhaust machine, thereby controlling the negative pressure in the pan.
Having designed the display and control of the supplied hot air speed
An air speed detecting point is added in the pipeline of hot air supply, and a 2001AV air speed meter produced by DWYER CO. of USA is installed on the operating cabinet. The operator can operate the touch screen according to the technologically specified air speed value (8m/s), control the speed of air heater, so as to control the supplied air quantity.
Display and control of temperature value
Temperature sensors are equipped at the air inlet and outlet of filmcoating drum, the temperature signal is transmitted to the PLC and after comparison with the preset value (80°C), automatically controls the heat exchanger, thus controlling the temperature value of filmcoating, the control accuracy is±2° C.
Adjustment and control of the quantity of sprayed slurry
Each spray gun in the slurry delivery pipeline system is provided with the function of microadjustment. The slurry quantity control valve and the peristaltic pump in the pipeline can vary the turning radius according to the variation of tightness of slurry delivery pipeline (i.e. the pressure at the slurry delivery pipe orifice), so as to ensure that the slurry is delivered at a constant pressure while the flow can automatically balance according to the sprayed quantity, thus ensuring that the slurry is at the pressure (for instance, 0.08 Mpa) specified by he technological parameters, thereby achieving the automatic control of slurry quantity.
Adjustment and control of the coverage area of atomized slurry
The spray gun is a unique design specially for use in filmcoating. The coverage area of atomization can be adjusted along with the spray head within 360°, the adjustment of the gross coverage area can be realized by turning the spray head cover according to the variation of charging quantity in the pan, so the operation is convenient and easy to handle, and which avoids the influence of human factor of operating technique on the atomization effect, so it facilitates formulating the SOP.
Program control of spray gun and atomization
The structural form is so designed that the gun can be enabled only when there is a pressure of 0.2MPa, while atomization can begin at any pressure, thus structurally ensuring such a function that in the atomization and spray process of coating material, the opening of atomized air circuit is always prior to spraying, and when the gun is disabled the closing of coating material is always prior to the closing of atomized air circuit, thus eliminating the phenomenon of liquid drop in the atomization process.
Design of gun clearing and anticlogging
We have designed an automatic gun cleaning program at a fixed time interval and a manually gun clearing device, it takes only one second to finish the gun clearing.
Having designed the functions of memory and printing
It is possible to automatically make real-time record of the relevant technological parameters in the production process, and they can be printed out if required, thus avoiding the error from the operator's manual record and ensuring the truth and reliability of the original record.
Designed the replaceable function of drum
the design is simpler and more convenient, with the special drum support.
