Brief Introduction
JGGSM-4000-6S is a machine with functions of thickness check,module position check,4FF re-plug,3FF re-plug,2FF punch and 2FF stamp,which is available for ID-1,half card and quarter card.
Features
- High die punching accuracy, stable operation of equipment
- 6 sets of punching stations are installed on this machine. Machine is available to produce 2FF/3FF/4FF in one pass without changing tools.
- The punching mold is controlled by servo system with very low level of noise and high stability.
- Machine equiped with double cards detection, to ensure yield of card output to meet expectation.
- Unique card centering system, to make the machine is available to produce card with special shape.
- Photoelectron sensor is applied to ensure accuracy of hard structure of card centering.
- Movement of card transfer belt (conveyer) is controlled by servo motor, to ensure high level of safety and stability of mechanical hard structure.
- Strong and improved servo motor is applied for punching station, which ensure the perfect punching.
- Unique design of punching bed makes accurate movement of punching tools
- Unique output structure can be available for ID-1,half card and quarter card
