Product Description

Precision steel pipe is a high-precision steel pipe material processed by cold drawing or hot rolling. Due to its advantages such as no oxide layer on the inner and outer walls, no leakage under high pressure, high precision, high smoothness, no deformation during cold bending, no expansion or cracking during flattening, precision steel pipes are mainly used to produce products for pneumatic or hydraulic components, such as cylinders or oil cylinders
International major standards
1. EN 10305: European standard series, including EN 10305-1, EN 10305-2, and EN 10305-4, which respectively specify the delivery technical conditions for cold drawn seamless steel pipes, cold drawn welded steel pipes, and cold drawn seamless steel pipes for hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
2. DIN 2391: German standard that specifies the dimensional requirements and delivery technical conditions for cold-rolled or cold drawn precision seamless steel pipes.
3. JIS G3445: Japanese standard, delivery technical conditions applicable to carbon steel pipes for mechanical structures

1. BK (+C) No heat treatment after last cold forming process. | |

5. NBK (+N) After the final cold forming process the tubes are annealed above the upper transformation point in a controlled atmosphere. | |
