1. The OMP-1 is a micro-nano polymer plugging agent specifically designed for OBM, which effectively reduces the permeability of the filter cake, minimizes HTHP filtration, and enhances shale borehole stability. The micro-nano particles of OMP-1 are extremely small in size, enabling them to penetrate into frictional gaps, fill grooves and cracks, thereby reducing surface roughness and efficiently decreasing friction. Moreover, the long chain structure of OMP-1 contains both hydrophilic and hydrophobic groups that exhibit emulsifying properties. This characteristic aids in improving the demulsification voltage of OBM while contributing to its overall system stability. The recommended dosage ranges from 7.0 to 15.0 ppb.

It is a liquid packaged in 50L, 200 L, 1000L drums. International packaging may vary. And they shall be stored in a shady and dry place with good ventilation.
