GBLGJ-800 Column Cutting Machine is built for mass production of various round shapes stone balustrade. It's controlled by micro-computer to do fully automatic cutting of stone balustrade, shape copy the model with laser device. This machine can cut 8pcs balustrade maximum at a time. So the production efficiency is very high. It can also be used to cut stone ball, stone column base, stone column cap and stone column.
The front part of this machine is in duty of clipping stone pieces and drive stone pieces into rotation. The middle bridge can lift or lower its height to fit for the height of stone pieces. The hand wheels on middle bridge are for adjusting clipping tightness of individual stone piece. The 8pcs plate under the middle bridge is motorized to bring stone piece into rotation.
The back part of this machine is in duty of blade cutting. It is a horizontal frame between two columns, 4pcs blade are installed on the front beam of the frame, each blade cutting 2pcs stone balustrade. This design enables the blades to move in vertical direction and forward and backward direction during stone balustrade cutting process. The stone balustrades cut by this machine turn out to be in uniform shape. It will make the finishing work easier and save polishing cost.
