Principle of square expansion: usually hydraulic method is adopted. The strong pressure generated by the hydraulic system is used to push the expansion mold to move. The hydraulic system can provide more stable and powerful power, and is suitable for occasions with high requirements for expansion precision.
Principle of embossing: It is generally achieved through the cooperation of upper and lower molds. The upper mold has a raised rib shape, and the lower mold has a corresponding groove. When the square can is placed between upper and lower molds, pressure is applied by the press, the upper mold descends and closes with the lower mold, squeezing the metal material of square can into the ribs and grooves, thereby forming ribs on the can surface.
