This 100L is a lovely double wall Still Boiler just the job for the scaled-up runs as a final test before the larger still or just small runs for self-consumption at home. It can be supplied with very nice red copper plates column or SS304 plates column. This double wall boiler can be used for boiling all kinds fermented paste, such as fruit, grain and potatoes with no worry of burn. This advantage can't be achieved by the single wall boiler.
The tops of the boiler /milk can have 4 clips that hold down the 4″ ferrule top. The boiler top has 1 2″ TC ferrule as raw materials loading port and a half-inch BSP thermometer port.
