Product Description
The Wartsila 32 exhaust valve seat is made in super Ni-Cr alloy which is resistant to extreme high temperature, severe corrosion and abrasion.
1. Material: Super alloy ASTM A560 60Cr-40Ni(K6040, G-NiCr60)
2. Stress released completely for dimensional stability.
3. Hardness HRC40-45
4. Seat face concentric to O/D within 0.02mm TIR.
5. O/D roundness within 0.01mm.
6. Seat face roundness within 0.01mm
7. Proven Reliability By European and China Customers.
