1.PSM-D series horizontal sand mill adopts disc dispersion grinding technology, especially suitable for medium and low viscosity materials such as ordinary liquid ink, carbon black, industrial paint, automotive paint, latex paint, titanium dioxide, etc.

(1). The jacketed spiral water channel is used for single-layer cooling to reduce cost consumption;
(2). The slot-type dynamic separator has self-cleaning ability, is not easy to be blocked, and has a long service life;
(3). The diameter of the grinding medium can be selected from 0.6 - 2.5mm according to the actual application;
(4). The grinding chamber and dispersing disc can be made of polyurethane, zirconia or other composite materials according to the user, so as to realize the production without metal pollution.
(5). The general grinding fineness is <4 microns.
(6). Over-temperature and over-pressure safety interlock. Protect the motor.

Characteristics: Compared with grinding equipment such as ball mill, roller mill and colloid mill, sand mill has the advantages of high production efficiency, strong continuity, low cost and high product fineness. The process conditions vary greatly, and the fineness requirements can be adjusted and classified by adding or subtracting grinding media in an appropriate amount.
